Our Process

Every piece of granite is unique, almost like a fingerprint of the time and place of its formation. Our appreciation for the different patterns and colours has grown with each one of our past 20 years in the industry, along with our commitment to quality.

Each block that reaches our factory is carefully re-inspected by our dedicated teams, ensuring that we’re working with the best quality stone right from the beginning.

When working with a material that inspires such lofty ideals, artistry and supreme quality become a given requirement of the final product. To ensure uncompromised quality as a bottom line, we have selected the best machinery to re-craft our stone. 3 Breton wiresaws, and 3 Pellegrini wiresaws.

6.5 million square feet of granite is cut, using 8 Gaspari Menotti Jumbomatic 450/800 gangsaws.

Two Gaspari Menotti PGM 2200 polishing lines and a Simec polishing line match the production of the gangsaws. They transform the cut raw granite into smooth slabs that truly let the magnificence of the stone shine through. The differentfeels portray distinct impressions, each texture calling out with a different allure, like clay to a sculptor. Polish, leather, antique, silk – each combination of texture and colour has a unique look and feel.

A Gaspari Menotti resin line helps in improving quality of some colours that require special treatment, leaving them more durable and with a beautiful finish.

For a wider choice of edge and texture, we also have a Maema SRL flaming machine and a Montresor luna 540 edge moulder. A Giacomini Gantry crane and EOT cranes from Giacomini and Omis maintain mobility and the high efficiency of our factory.
